Your participation in this online survey is voluntary. You will not suffer any disadvantages if you do not participate. The answers to our questions are anonymous and comply with data protection regulations. We have been a member of the Berufsverband Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e. V. (Professional Association of German Market and Social Researchers) since 2002. This means that we are subject to the strict rules of conduct of the BVM and the ADM (Arbeitskreis Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforschungsinstitute e. V.) for handling data in market and opinion research. It goes without saying that we comply with all data protection regulations.

When advising and supporting our customers, we provide them with information. The basis of this information is your opinion, which we ask for in the respective surveys and then evaluate statistically. In this way, we help companies better understand their customers, employees, members or tenants. With our information, our customers place corporate decisions on a sound empirical data basis. As a result, they can make the corporate environment and brand presence more attractive and closer to customer needs and are more successful in the market.
As a rule, our clients commission the surveys as part of commissioned processing in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. For this purpose, the clients provide us with personal data for conducting the survey, for example name and email address.
We store this personal data separately from the survey data pseudonymized with a common code number on the server platform.
We collect and process personal data solely to conduct our studies for research purposes: We need your name and email address to send you an invitation and the link to the online survey. This link is either a general link or it is personalized with an individual, random identification number.
We record your answers to the questions as part of the survey. We then analyze the survey data anonymously, without reference to you personally, for example with information such as "61 % of respondents chose answer b in question 4". Furthermore, we summarize the survey results in groups, for example according to age groups, gender or federal states. No one can see who took part in the survey, and it is also not apparent who gave which answer to the questions.
If you receive a personalized link, we will use your personal data until the end of the online survey to send you a reminder email if you have not yet completed the survey. A personalized link allows you to continue the survey directly at the point where you interrupted it. It also prevents multiple participations. The codes are only used to ensure these functions and are not linked to your answers.
After you have taken part in the survey, we will use your personal data such as name and email address exclusively to compensate you for your efforts. This means we will send you the summarized survey results or you will be entered into the prize draw if you have consented to this by providing your email address at the end of the online questionnaire.
In the case of a general link, your answers are not linked to your name or email address and no personal survey data is available. In the case of a personalized link, we delete the link between your name or email address and your answers when the survey is completed, so that a personal reference can no longer be established.
The database of your name and email address provided to us by the survey client will be deleted upon completion of the survey, at the latest after we have sent you the survey results or other incentives, if applicable.
We retain survey data for as long as necessary to provide our service and meet survey objectives.
The personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or to third countries outside the EU (except Switzerland). All persons who have contact with the personal data are obligated to maintain confidentiality, to observe data protection and corresponding secrecy. The data collected in surveys are the property of FFG®. The survey results are passed on to the client in anonymized form. They do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
The protection of your data is important to us. Detailed information on your rights (e.g. information, correction, blocking, deletion, revocation, objection) as well as the legal basis of processing according to the DSGVO can be found in our privacy policy.
For example, you have the right at any time to object to the further use of your personal data (name, email address, etc.) for the purpose of market and opinion research with effect for the future. You can also revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact the person responsible or the contact person for data protection (see point 2).
As part of the technical processing of our online survey, certain data is collected for technical reasons. This also includes the IP address of your computer. For data protection reasons, we do not store your IP address, but a unique equivalent per IP address, from which your IP address cannot be calculated backwards. This ensures your anonymity. At the same time, we have IP address-like information for each survey participant, which makes it possible to identify multiple participations in open or semi-open surveys.
Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
We thank you for your participation and your trust in our work!
